Ehi Ade-Mabo is the MD/CEO of BBD Music Creatives Limited. She oversees Beats By Dara’s strategic direction, operational efficiency, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement. She is committed to leveraging the company’s unique Value Consistency Progress (VCP) proposition to empower youth through music, technology, and innovation. Ehi is an internationally celebrated leader and accomplished professional with extensive expertise in organizational strategy, leadership, and transformation. Her illustrious career spans industries including emerging businesses, fast-growing enterprises, and non-profits. Ehi’s achievements extend far beyond the corporate world. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women, she is also an international speaker, bestselling author, business coach, and TEDx speaker. Ehi’s passion and dedication to nurturing the next generation of leaders align perfectly with Beats By Dara’s mission of fostering creativity and progress in young minds.

Co-Founder and CTO

Daramola Oladokun,

Daramola Oladokun is a Co-Founder and doubles as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Beats By Dara (BBD). He oversees the current technology and creates relevant policies to effectively run the music school. Dara has the business knowledge necessary to align technology-related decisions with the organization's goals. A skilled musician, music educator and performer with over 10 years of experience. Versatile in several musical instruments. Groomed young music talents and groups to professionals in the music industry. Head of the percussion department in Mo-Vibez entertainment/School, also released two jazz albums with Jaztokristos Band A music coordinator in several educational institutes and renowned choirs. Studied Business Administration and Management in Lagos State Polytechnic and Music with The Music Society of Nigeria (MUSON), Movibez Music school with distinction in the graded examination.

Head Of Operations

Tijani Akhanene Abu

Tijani Akhanene Abu is the Head of Operations at BBD Music Creatives Limited. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational efficiency, aligning processes with the company's mission, and fostering a culture of excellence. He oversees the daily operations, managing key departments such as People operations, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, and Customer Care, and ensuring alignment with the company’s VCP value proposition. He drives strategic operational planning, performance monitoring, and resource management to meet organizational goals while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and risk management. Tijani is a dynamic and seasoned professional with over 14 years of cross-industry experience spanning Banking & Financial Services, Education, EdTech, Social Enterprise, International Development, Technology, and Humanitarian work. His passion for leadership and personal development is evident in his active engagement with the Harvard Business Review (HBR). Guided by his core values encapsulated in the acronym “D.I.S.C”—Discipline, Impact, Selflessness, and Care—Tijani exemplifies a results-oriented and compassionate leadership style, ensuring Beats By Dara remains a trailblazer in empowering youth through music, technology, and education.

Oladipupo Oluwalana

Oladipupo Oluwalana is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is a resourceful and erudite scholar. He is an expert in Tax matters, Labor and Employment Law, Admiralty/Maritime Law. His years of experience provide a balanced platform on which the law firm thrives. He exhaustively researches into fields of law which has earned him so much. He is a Company Secretary to many Organizations and has garnered immeasurable practical experience into building the firm's corporate practice and image. He provides legal guidance to Beats By Dara company and its clients. Also structures solutions for disputes, providing support in legal issues and reviewing legal materials and contracts.
